Haley Stevens Releases First Broadcast TV Ad
“Deliver” Begins Airing This Week As Part Of Significant Six-Figure Broadcast TV Buy
BIRMINGHAM, Michigan – Haley Stevens, former chief of staff to President Obama’s Auto Rescue that helped save over 200,000 Michigan jobs, today released her first broadcast television ad. “Deliver” features Stevens discussing her experience stepping up during a crisis in 2009 when she served on the U.S. Auto Task Force in the Treasury Department. She goes on to explain that now that Donald Trump has created a healthcare crisis, she’s running for Congress to protect and improve Obamacare and get more people covered.
The six-figure buy begins this week and lasts until Primary Day. Running as an accomplished woman when women candidates are winning Democratic primaries at record rates, Stevens remains well-positioned to capture energy among Democratic voters clamoring for new, fresh leadership.

SCRIPT (Stevens narrating):
“President Obama’s two biggest wins for Michigan families were the Auto Rescue and healthcare reform. I’m Haley Stevens and I was chief of staff to President Obama’s Auto Rescue. We saved over 200,000 jobs and strengthened Michigan’s advanced manufacturing economy. That’s our future. Now that Donald Trump is trying to sabotage Obamacare, I’m running for Congress to protect and improve it. To lower costs and get more people covered. I approve this message because I know how to deliver for Michigan.”
“Voters understand that Haley delivered for Michigan when she served as Chief of Staff to President Obama’s Auto Rescue and that in Congress she’ll deliver for the Motor City,” said Jake Strassberger, Campaign Manager for Haley Stevens for Congress. “She’s ready to step up and fight for good-paying jobs and better healthcare for every Michigander, and today’s announcement is another sign that she is well-positioned to communicate that message to voters across the district.”
